Lower Provo River
Overview
Fall is here and the flows have dropped. The fishing has improved over the fall. The water has been murkey at times with Deer Creek being low and the wind turning the lake over. Dry fly fishing has been sporadic but good. Were seeing midges, BWOs and caddis. If your nymphing, stick to scuds, sow bugs, midges, San Juan worms, or BWOs. With fall here the streamer fishing has been good, especially on overcast days. Please be mindful of the redds and spawning fish.

Fall is here and the crowds have left. The water has been clear below Red Creek and fishing has been good. Dry fly fishing has slowed way down with the occasional midge and BWO hatch still happening The nymphing is solid all over the river with scuds, midges, and worms ruling the fishes diet. Streamer fishing has been good. Change colors until you can get the fish to commit. Please mid the redds and spawning fish.

Middle Provo River
Overview
Fall has been good on the Provo this year. Its dropped down to winter flows and that has made the river very accessible.
The dry fly fishing on the Middle has been consistent with midges and BWOs coming off late in the mornings and staying through the afternoon. There has been some caddis and psuedos mixed in as well.
Nymph fishing remains productive on the Provo. In the mornings try sow bugs and midges. As the day progresses start switching to BWOs and midge emergers
Streamers have also been working well.
Please be on the look out for spawning fish and redds.

Overview
Fishing on the Weber has been a little rough this fall. Water temps were warm and then the river dropped to 22cfs. With cooler temps things should have improved slightly, but conditions will still be pretty tough. Be on the lookout for spawning fish, and please don’t step on redds.
