Location
Middle Provo River
Overview
The Middle Provo is moving at flowing at 599 cfs. While the water is high and moving quick the fishing is still good. Targeting flatter, slower moving parts of the river will be most productive. There are blue wings hatching, dry fly fishing is very weather dependent, but nymphing will stay productive throughout the day.

Green River Below Flaming Gorge Dam
Overview
The Green below Flaming Gorge Dam is flowing at 850 cfs. This fishing has been good, we are seeing both blue wings and midges throughout the day. The fish have not quite turned onto the BWO’s yet, but you can still find heads up as you move down the river. Streamer fishing is not the most productive option, but still an option if you are keen. Nymphing midges, scuds, and BWO’s will be most productive.

Area Small Streams
Overview
Most small streams this time of year will be very difficult to access, closed, or frozen over. If you would like to get in some smaller water action, check out the Upper Provo as there are some areas that are easy to access and fish.
