Location

Middle Provo River

Overview

The Middle Provo has been flowing very high for some time now.  Be careful when wading the river. The high flows will most likely continue for a least a week or maybe a couple more weeks. Nymph rigs with a large amount of weight will be the standard for getting flies down to some fish. Worms, Crane fly larvae, sow bugs, will be good choices in addition to the BWO nymphs and Midges. Try to find slower water areas with some depth to locate where the fish are holding. When the water come down the fishing should be very good.
