Lower Provo River
Overview
The Lower Provo is flowing at ~484 cfs right now. This is somewhat high so be cautious when wading. Nymphing should be the most productive. Try out your baetis, sows, and caddis nymphs. The slow and deep pools are not the only place holding fish, so try out some of the less popular water if an angler is in your “go-to” spot.

Overview
The Lower Provo is flowing at ~160 cfs right now. Not much change. Nymphing will still be the most productive. Try nymphing bigger flies like san juan worms and sow bugs. Targeting the mid-day midge hatch can also be productive. Like the middle, the dry fly fishing can be technical with these small bugs, so size down your tippet to 6X or 7X and lengthen that leader.
