Location
Lower Provo River
Overview
The Lower Section of the Provo River below Deer Creek Reservoir is currently at about 150 CFS. Flows have been up and down the last few weeks but the fishing has remained relatively consistent. Nymphing sow bugs has been productive during the warmer parts of the day (10am to 4pm.) Pairing a small midge or baetis above a sowbug on your nymph rig can attract some attention as well. That canyon can get pretty windy this time of year so be prepared for some chilly temps!
