Rental Policy:
All rentals are to be returned at the end of the contract date. If a rental is not returned within the 24 hours of end of the contract date then the full amount of the retail cost of the rental gear will be charged to the credit card that was left on the contract without additional notification to the cardholder. The renter will fill out and sign a contract that details our policy and expectations. If rental gear is not returned in a timely manner, as stated above, the card will be charged.
Booking Policy:
A 50% down by credit card or check is required to book any guide trip. The remainder amount is due upon completion of the trip. If you have multiple trips planned over an extended time, we ask that you please settle- up your bill after each group of trips.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your trip date, you will receive a 100% refund of your trip deposit. If you cancel your guide trip within 30 days of your trip date, then you lose your 50% deposit unless we can re-book the guide that was reserved for your trip.
Gratuity Guidelines or Suggestions:
Gratuities are not included in our guide trip prices. 15-30% gratuity is an average for the service provided by our exemplary guides. Please feel free to contact our shop for more information on this subject.
